Contrast Tracker (“the app”) is a local-first wellness tracking app for logging sauna and cold plunge sessions. This Privacy Policy explains how the app handles information.

No account is required.
No cloud sync is required.
No advertising SDKs are used.
No analytics SDKs are used.
Your session logs, notes, and settings are stored locally on your device.
You may export your data as a CSV file when you choose.
Information the App Stores
The app may store the following information locally on your device:
sauna session entries
cold plunge session entries
round counts
duration values
temperature values
optional sauna humidity values
daily notes
app preferences such as preferred temperature unit
This information is stored only on your device unless you choose to export it.
Information the App Collects
ContrastTracker does not collect your personal data on our servers through normal app use.
Your data is processed locally on your device for the core functionality of the app.
CSV Export
The app allows you to export your logs as a CSV file. This export happens only when you choose to do so.
Once exported, the file is handled according to wherever you save or share it. You are responsible for how exported files are stored, backed up, or shared outside the app.
External Links
The app may include optional external links, such as a support link.
If you tap an external link, you will leave the app and open a third-party website in your browser. That third party may collect information according to its own privacy policy. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites.
Data Retention and Deletion
Because app data is stored locally on your device:
you can delete individual entries inside the app
you can clear a day inside the app
you can use the app’s delete-all option to remove local data from the app
Deleting the app from your device may also remove its locally stored data, subject to your device and backup settings.
Children’s Privacy
Contrast Tracker is not intended for children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. If it changes, the updated version will be posted at the current Privacy Policy URL and the effective date will be revised.
